Performers aren't cookies, so why do so many camps use a cookie-cutter approach?  Your child deserves the best in solid training. Celebrate this world-renowned American art form where materials are chosen specifically for each student based on their personal abilities, knowledge and challenges.  Limited enrollment ensures individual attention in all disciplines and topics.

Curriculum includes instruction in:

-Styles of singing, dancing & acting

                     - Audition preparation
                      - Current performance options
                      - Theatre as a Business

                      - Musical theatre history

At MTI, we believe in addressing the physical, emotional,
and mental challenges of performance in a positive and sensitive atmosphere. It is a fun way to build confidence, improve listening skills, encourage creativity, instill a good work ethic. We use only age-appropriate materials. For returning campers, always lots of new challenges! Each camp culminates in a program designed to showcase progress in each musical theatre discipline. Industry pro's are invited.

Note: Broadway Prep is open to college students, too and there are already some registered. Many campers who go off to college want to continue their studies with MTI in the summer. Whether Broadway Prep or Wonder Years, students are grouped according to age and ability. This fosters the most comfort while meeting challenges.

Because MTI camp is different in it's approach with the material custom designed for the individuals and for the group numbers, we begin planning early in the year with some ideas in mind, but the bulk of it is established and fine-tuned as the registrations start coming in. So, let us know as soon as possible and we will start planning with YOU, the camper, in mind!
